What is Safe and Sound?

Safe and Sound is a calming and empowering workshop that offers a respite and tools to reduce stress, anxiety, and the inner and outer noise of our day-to-day lives. This workshop's highly accessible exercises are informed by mindfulness practices, principles of the autonomic nervous system and Polyvagal Theory, as well as the wisdoms of sound, body, and voice that humans have tapped into for millennia.

This workshop is designed with the aim that, by the end of its duration, you will not only feel in a state of further relaxation and peace, but you will also have learned tools and new perspectives to reduce stress and anxiety that you can apply for the rest of your life.

Where is Safe and Sound offered?

Safe and Sound is offered primarily in two forms: as a 2-hour workshop held in person in NYC (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/safe-and-sound-nyc-experiencing-calm-through-body-voice-and-sound-tickets-663953351347) and as a 1-hour workshop that is adapted online over Zoom (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/safe-and-sound-online-experiencing-calm-through-body-voice-and-sound-tickets-667839454787).
